Major Incident Management Lead the resolution of major incidents, ensuring minimal impact on business operations and timely communication with stakeholders.
Incident Coordination Coordinate with various teams to ensure swift resolution of incidents and effective communication throughout the incident lifecycle.
Root Cause Analysis Conduct thorough root cause analysis for major incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Process Improvement Continuously improve incident management processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Reporting and Documentation Maintain accurate documentation of incident management activities and provide regular reports to senior management.
Stakeholder Communication Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, to provide updates on incident management activities and outcomes.
ITIL Framework Utilize ITIL best practices to manage and resolve incidents.
Requirements

Experience 6-8 years of experience in incident management, with a focus on major incident management.
Education Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using incident management tools and software.
Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Certifications ITIL certification is preferred.
