• ITIL Process Implementation : Design, implement, and maintain ITIL best practices for incident management, change management, problem management, service catalog, and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Service Improvement : Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for continuous service improvement.
• ITSM Tool Management : Configure, manage, and enhance ITSM tools to align with ITIL standards.
• Incident & Problem Resolution : Collaborate with IT teams to resolve incidents and problems, ensuring minimal business disruption.
• Training and Awareness : Provide training and guidance to IT teams and stakeholders on ITIL processes and standards.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with business units to ensure IT services align with organizational goals and customer needs.
• Audit and Compliance : Conduct regular audits of ITIL processes to ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of ITIL processes and related activities.
