Process Executive - International Voice - Mangalore

Role & responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer support to clients through phone calls, emails, or chats.
• Handle international voice process for various industries such as BPO, call center, etc.
• Resolve customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets and goals.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-1 year of experience in BPO/Call Center industry (freshers welcome).
• Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.com /BBA /BCA /B.A / B.Sc).
• PG and BE , B,tech Graduates is not eligible
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language.
• Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts (if required).
