JD:

Project management Experience in managing the execution of project plans, including coordinating teams, allocating resources, and ensuring deadlines are met

Risk management Experience in Identification of potential risks and put in place measures to mitigate them

Communication Should be effective communicator to Facilitate communication between teams to reduce misunderstandings and maximize productivity

Client liaison - Should be escalation POC for the delivery and primary point of contact for clients

Supplier and customer relations - Manage contacts and track the financial management with the budgets

Governance Should manage governance and run monthly meetings, prepare performance delivery reports, drive Continual service improvements and drive innovation

IT delivery manager should have below not limited to:

• A bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• Prior experience in technology support like windows, VMWare, or any infrastructure services
• Strong written, and verbal communication skills
• Good experience in IT service management with exposure to major ITSM process
• Ability to problem solve and resolve conflict
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
