Technical Business Analyst

Responsibilities

As a Technical Business Analyst or Solutions Analyst collaborates with CognitiveView R&D teams to ensure developer enablement materials are best-in-class and fully aligned with technology roadmaps.

• You will aid in bridging the gap between product owners, business, operations, and software developers by leveraging your technical fluency and strong analytical reasoning skills.
• Specify Requirements and Prioritize Product and Development backlog
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories for development teams.
• Provide insights into system architecture, data flows, and integration requirements.
• Ensure technical feasibility and alignment with business goals.
• Manage and lead the data engineering team, QA, and development team. Hire new team members
• Creating streamlined processes for customer onboarding and ensuring successful customer engagement
• Contribute to product roadmap and strategy
• Gathering business requirements, mapping the requirement with the system. Gap Analysis &building the solution to meet client expectations
• Supports the testing process during the development phase of product

Preferred candidate profile

What we need to see:

• Minimum 3 yrs of experience in technical business projects and operation . He/she must have exposure to enterprise business solutions and working experience with stakeholders and technical team in Business process and projects.
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering, or another highly quantitative field - or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in an externally facing technical role.
• Knowledge of process automation, AI, machine learning, or cognitive computing solutions is highly desirable
• Experience presenting to technical audiences and creating technical content for developers.
• Passion for getting things done quickly while making no-nonsense tradeoffs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confirmed ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
• Please be prepared to provide samples of previous work creating and sharing technical presentations, making forum contributions, and other public-facing technical content.
