Job description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handling bank transactions related to payroll, including wires, ACH files, and stop payments.
• Prioritizing and resolving payroll funding issues through various communication channels.
• Maintaining customer banking information and managing service orders.
• Supporting the deposit of incidental checks and reconciling financial items.
• Operating and maintaining automation processes for direct deposit file creation.
• Assisting IT with technical issues impacting treasury processes.
• Conducting fraud investigations related to payroll transactions.

Skills Required:

• Banking sector preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft is helpful but not a requirement.
• Superior problem-solving abilities with the capacity to apply critical thinking to complex issues for prompt and effective resolutions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain composure in stressful situations.
• Empathetic, collaborative, and highly accountable.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines.
• Strong customer relationship skills for managing internal & external customers.
