Job Description

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Eagerness to learn and develop new skills.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Commerce (B. Com) or a related field.
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Basic understanding of customer service principles.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications. Especially, MS Excel
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work in shifts as required (Night/ Day)
