Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop visually compelling website layouts, graphics, and interfaces.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups to communicate design concepts.
• Optimize website designs for usability, performance, and responsiveness across devices.
• Ensure brand consistency and alignment with company guidelines across all web designs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends, technologies, and tools.
• Test and troubleshoot design issues across different browsers and devices.
• Work with developers to ensure proper implementation of designs.
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, or Sketch.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus.
• Understanding of responsive design principles and UX best practices.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web design projects.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

• Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and web performance optimization.
• Animation and interaction design experience using tools like After Effects or CSS animations

Experience: 2+ years of professional web design experience.

Salary : 20k to 25k

Shift Timing: Mon Friday (10:30am to 7:30PM)
