Sdet Engineer

Design, develop and maintain high quality tools and test frameworks.

• Understand requirements and come up with a robust test planning and test strategy.
• Define best test practices across the various stages of the test pyramid.
• Own and deliver release with high quality. Building tools and utilities for automating the release and quality process.
• Building scalable and reliable frameworks for non-functional requirements.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelors or masters degree in computer science or related technical discipline.
• 7+ years of as an SDET, developing automation tools and strategies.
• Proficiency in OOP Languages, Distributed systems and Object-oriented Design. Preferably JavaScript,Java
• Strong with Databases & networking fundamentals.
• Deep understanding of engineering processes (including Agile methodologies)
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience working with state-of-the-art test automation frameworks.
• Experience in CI/CD integrations, pipeline automation and building reporting infrastructure.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Strong ownership and setting the right expectation for quality.
