Position: Power BI Developer

MUST HAVE SKILLS:

Responsibilities: -

• Lead the design and implementation of Power BI solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational strategies and long-term goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop architectural strategies for reliable and scalable BI platforms.
• Optimize data processes for enhanced performance and usability, ensuring data integrity and best practices.
• Manage and optimize existing Power BI infrastructure, including Premium Capacity and Licensing.
• Define BI architecture and data access strategies, enforcing security standards and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, guiding them on best practices, coding standards, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and industry trends, driving innovation and continuous improvement.

 Qualifications: -

• 5-8 years of experience in Business Intelligence and Reporting, with a strong focus on Power BI.
• Hands-on experience in Power BI administration activities such as Premium Capacity management, Resource Allocation, and Access management.
• Proficiency in Power BI development, including Reports, Dashboards, Data modeling, Power Query transformations, M language, and DAX formulas.
• Working knowledge of SQL Server, Data Cubes, ETL concepts, and Data Warehouse Architecture.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
