4. Good Experience in Algorithms
5. Experience in solid principles
6. Expertise in Microservices Architecture
7. Hands on design patterns
8. Good Knowledge / Experience in Kafka
9. Hands on Devops and Cloud
10. Hands on in CI/CD Pipelines
11. Familiar with Agile and continuous delivery methodologies.

Nothing , only the pay structure they showed it was good .
Everything right from onboarding to exit . Such a blady useless management and have no idea and budgets . When hired don’t have next steps what to do .. full of politics and blame game . Based on some Feedback they stick to it .. as if they are very Mr. Prefect . Full of micromanaging
