Coforge is conducting a Walk-in Drive on 15th Feb'25 for Freshers & Experience Candidates in Gurugram Location.

Work Location -Gurugram

Work Mode- 5 day Work From Office

Shift timing- 24*7

KEY DELIVERABLES EXPECTED

• Fresher/Experience candidate with excellent Verbal & Written Communications skills to connect with Internal & External Customers.
• Should be good in managing / handling customer queries & providing faster resolution.
• Confident in making follow-up calls to close the tickets.
• Able to handle both inbound & outbound calls.
• Sound knowledge on Amadeus/GDS/Sabre & any other relevant travel platforms
• Open for the rotational shift in 24X7 environment.

QUALIFICATION

• Graduates/Under Grads
• Multi-lingual European languages (Optional)
• Certification in Travel Applications/Domain
• Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office software packages.

• Excellent Communication skills both written & verbal (English) European languages (optional) Team player and contribute towards Team goals
• Should be able to work in a high-pressure environment
• Flexible to work with roster offs & shifts
• Taking Ownership & act responsibly with Organizations guidelines OTHER REQUIREMENTS Rotational shifts Ready to commute by self if company transport isnt available to the residing zone.
• 24X7 working Environment, team member will get 2 offs (split offs) No Indian or UK holidays, only Week Offs & approved leaves.
