Work Schedule: Work from Office

Shifts : EST Shifts (5:30 pm to 2:30 AM)

Key Responsibilities:

• 5+ years of experience in a technical support role, preferably with a focus on .NET applications.
• Experience with troubleshooting application issues using debugging tools and techniques.
• Working knowledge of ITIL service management principles.
• Experience with incident management, problem management, and change management processes is a plus.
• Experience with SQL Server and ability to write basic DML scripts (e.g., SELECT, UPDATE, INSERT, DELETE).
• Analyze application logs and identify root causes of incidents.
• Collaborate with developers to resolve application bugs and implement fixes. Document incidents, resolutions, and knowledge base articles.
• Participate in incident escalation procedures as needed.
• Maintain a strong understanding of ITIL principles and support processes. identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the application support function.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
