JD for L2 Support - Azure & Kubernetes

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Level 2 Support Engineer with expertise in cloud technologies and containerized applications. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot system environments deployed in Azure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 2 support for Azure cloud-based applications and infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Kubernetes (AKS), Azure services (KeyVault, Storage, PostgreSQL, API Gateway, Container Registry, Vnet).
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve escalated incidents.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience with Kubernetes (AKS preferred).
• Hands-on expertise in Azure
• Proficiency in Spring Boot for debugging and support.
• Hands on experience with Terraform or similar IaC.
• Experience creating and using Helm charts for complex deployments
• Good understanding of Docker / containerization
• Experience with core networking concepts
• Hands on experience with CI/CD (GitHub)
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
