ITSM/ITOM/ITAM Support & Maintenance Engineer (5-8 yrs)

Job Description :

We are looking for Support and Maintenance Engineers with expertise in ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM to provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and maintain IT service management platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide L2/L3 support for ITSM/ITOM/ITAM tools.

- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests, and change management issues.

- Monitor system performance, ensure uptime, and handle maintenance activities.

- Work with development teams to implement fixes and enhancements.

- Assist in system upgrades, patching, and documentation.

Skills Required :

- Experience with ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or equivalent ITSM/ITOM/ITAM platforms.

- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.

- Knowledge of incident, change, and asset management processes.

- Scripting experience (JavaScript, PowerShell, or Python) is a plus.

- Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices.
