Deputy Manager - Maintenance - Auto (4-8 yrs)

Job Title: Maintenance DM

The Maintenance DM is responsible for the implementation of TPM practices across the plant, ensuring adherence to preventive maintenance schedules and minimizing downtime. The person should manage machine uptime, drive root cause analysis for failures, and lead improvement initiatives to optimize performance. The role includes monitoring KPIs, managing spare parts inventory, and driving cost-saving projects while fostering a safety-first culture.

Education:

- B.E/B.Tech/ Diploma in Electrical Engineering(Preferred not mandatory)

- MBA in Operations course (Added Advantage)

- Experience 4+ years

Preferred/Desired Industry : Automotive or Tractor manufacturing, or with OEMs

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Lead the implementation and adherence to TPM practices across the plant.

- Ensure that preventive maintenance (PM) schedules are strictly followed to minimize downtime.

2. Maintain and regularly update maintenance records, ensuring accurate documentation of activities and machine status.

3. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) and Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF).

4. Ensure optimal machine uptime through effective preventive and corrective maintenance.
