Maintenance Manager (3-6 yrs)

- Effective employee relations including handling employee complaints, obtaining help and guidance for employees with problems, and seeking assistance from HR as needed.

- Conduct monthly department meetings.

- Complete performance evaluations for all maintenance employees

- Ensure appropriate parts and supplies are available in order to properly maintain essential equipment and Uptime.

- Maintain and direct all PM&PD activities.

- Maintain IFS software and all related documentation.

- Arrange for quotes from contractors in conjunction with the buyer as required.

- Oversee, mentor and direct all maintenance staff.

- Department champion to ensure all contractors have appropriate documentation in order.

Candidate:

- Read completed inspection forms to ensure all maintenance, repair and inspection tasks have been adequately Completed by their workers.

- Study assembly drawings for equipment to determine what parts are required and How they go together

- Intermediate knowledge of all applicable Microsoft Office and ERP systems
