Support Engineer - Troubleshooting (4-7 yrs)

Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- To perform tasks assigned towards improving systems' operational health.

- To work on system configurations.

- To meet the goals / targets on task completion assigned by manager.

Mandatory Requirements :

- 4+ years of professional software development experience.

- Experience with at least one programming language (Java, C++, or C#).

- Must be able to join immediately.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).

Project Focus :

- Operational and system health improvement.

Responsibilities :

- Perform tasks assigned towards improving systems' operational health, including performance tuning, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.

- Work on system configurations, including deployments, upgrades, and maintenance activities.

- Meet the goals/targets on task completion assigned by the manager.

- Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve production issues.

- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential problems.

- Participate in on-call rotations for system support.

- Document and share knowledge with the team.

- Stay updated on the latest technologies and industry best practices.
