Job Description:
- IT Team Leader - Recruitment to provide workforce solutions to our portfolio of clients which includes a global top 3 tech company and the world's largest social media Network.
- Based on your allocated portfolio you would be responsible for team and client management and building relationships for sustainable partnerships in a growth-oriented environment.
Team Management:
- Responsible for ensuring the team has the suitable composition and capabilities to deliver and exceed client expectations.
- Ensure the process detailed by the client and our ISO requirements are being adhered to.
- Ensure that the performance targets highlighted in the scorecard relating to all parameters are met.
- Perform Second level screening regularly to ensure quality.
- Setting KRAs for the teams and performance monitoring.
- Being the gatekeeper for cultural fitment.
- Training new team members and upskilling existing members.
- Ensure processes for timesheet management, billing, etc are followed.
Client Management:
- Understanding the client's annual Workforce objectives.
- Responsible for meeting the overall financial targets on the account.
- Work with support teams to ensure seamless functioning.
- Grievance/ and escalation management.
- Maintain regular contact with the POCs.
- Attend calibration calls.
- Seek clarity on the roles.
- Provide market insights.
- Voice challenges and suggest alternate skill sets when required.
- Attend Quarterly Business Meetings with the client.
- Ensure Ushta Te ratings are maintained.
- Be the repository of all data related to the client, including dashboards, headcounts etc.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of IT recruiters, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure high performance and achievement of recruitment goals.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies and processes to attract, assess, and hire qualified candidates for IT positions within the organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs and priorities and provide strategic recruitment support to fulfill staffing requirements.
- Drive the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates, while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Utilize various recruitment channels and techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, and external partners to enhance the organization's employer brand and reputation in the market.
- Track recruitment metrics and performance indicators, analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize recruitment outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in recruitment and talent acquisition, and incorporate innovative approaches into the recruitment process.
- Handle escalated candidate and client issues effectively, resolving conflicts and ensuring timely resolution of concerns to maintain positive relationships.
- Act as a liaison between the recruitment team and other departments within the organization, fostering collaboration and alignment on recruitment initiatives and objectives.
Requirements:
- 7-8 years of proven experience.
- Strong business acumen, and demonstrated ability to establish credibility, trust, and partnership at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self - starter with a high sense of urgency and professionalism.
