Linux Administrator - Troubleshooting (1-2 yrs)

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and maintain Linux servers, ensuring optimal performance and security.

- Troubleshoot and resolve system-level issues.

- Perform system administration tasks, including user management, file system management, and software installation.

- Write and execute shell scripts to automate routine tasks.

- Work with SQL databases, including Oracle, to perform queries, execute procedures, and manage data.

- Understand data modeling concepts, including MDM, DML, and SCD types.

- Collaborate with international teams to deliver projects on time.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Strong proficiency in Linux administration, including shell scripting, Cron jobs, process execution, and networking.

- In-depth knowledge of SQL, including query optimization, procedure writing, and data

manipulation.

- Understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling techniques.

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.

- Fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Oracle database administration.

- Knowledge of cloud technologies and virtualization.

- Certification in Linux administration or SQL.
