SAP ABAP Consultant - CPI/FICA Module (7-15 yrs)

Role Overview :

We are seeking a skilled SAP ABAP Developer with expertise in Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) to join our team as a BRIM Technical Architect.

This role requires in-depth knowledge of ABAP development and integration, particularly in the areas of FICA (Financial Contract Accounting) and CI (Convergent Invoicing).

The ideal candidate will also have experience handling bank statements in BAI2 format within SAP S/4 HANA.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain ABAP programs, reports, and enhancements related to FICA and CI modules in SAP S/4 HANA.

- Implement and optimize CDS views and OData services to support data retrieval and integration processes.

- Develop and configure integration flows using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) to connect SAP and non-SAP systems.

- Ensure seamless data transfer and process integration between various applications using both REST and SOAP web services.

- Implement and manage bank statement processing in BAI2 format, ensuring accurate data mapping and reconciliation in the FICA module.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement technical architecture solutions that align with business requirements.

- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to ensure best practices and high-quality deliverables.

- Identify and resolve technical issues related to ABAP development and integration processes.

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing applications and integration solutions.

Key Requirements :

- 7 - 15 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development, with a focus on FICA and CI.

- Proven experience with bank statement processing in BAI2 format in SAP S/4 HANA.

- Strong knowledge of CDS views and OData service development.

- Experience with web services (REST and SOAP) for integration scenarios.

- Familiarity with SAP CPI and its capabilities for cloud-based integration.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and technical teams.

- Relevant SAP certifications (e., SAP ABAP, CPI).

- Experience with SAP S/4 HANA migrations and implementations
