Job Description

1.Solid knowledge of Power Electronics Fundamentals, Power Switching Devices ( MOSFET/ IGBT ), Switched mode power supplies, Magnetics & Gate Driver Design.

2.Thorough understanding of high voltage (HV) electronics design for AC and DC units (Voltages: 400V - 1200V, Current 200A - 800A)

3. Detailed device level circuit simulation knowhow; understanding of EMC-behavior in power electronic units is an advantage

4.Laboratory experience and/or hands-on Power electronic product development

5.Experience with some of the simulation tools such as ANSYS, PSpice, SABER, MATHCAD, Simetrix, Simplis, MATLAB

6.Experience in FMEA, DFMEA, FMEDA & DOORS.

7.Knowhow on automotive hardware product development lifecycle is an advantage.
