Job Description
- Should be ready to work in in 24 x 7 support operations.
- Must be ready to work from office mode from work location (Coforge or Client Office).
- Should have good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must have hands on experience of handling L2/L3 level support for F5 (BIG IP r10900) WAF, SSL, Load Balancer, Cisco APIC L4, Cisco Leaf Switches and Palo Alto Networks PA-5410 Firewall.
- Should have handled issues related to Cisco ACI and Cisco Leaf Switches as Primary Skills.
- Should be able to own and troubleshoot the production related issues and escalate to respective OEM/Tech Support (as and when required).
- Work on new requirements and create, modify, update network and firewall rules as and when needed.
- Lead and Troubleshoot Major Incidents and apply solutions and submit root cause analysis to client against all production impacting incidents.
- Identify and apply the permanent fix for all production impacting incidents.
- Prepare Knowledge Articles for all regular maintenance activity and Major Incidents Resolution case.
- Work on the Service Requests and ensure requests are fulfilled timely and as per requirements.
- Regular upgrade of device versions as per OEM recommendations and ensure devices version is always maintained to N-1 or most stable versions.
- Regular review of configurations and remove unwanted network policies/contracts in consultation with Client SPOCs.
- Apply ITSM Practices and make sure Incidents, Changes and Problems are handled as per ITIL Guidelines.
- Adhere the client security policy, review vulnerabilities and apply mitigation.
