- We are seeking a talented Senior Engineering Lead - AI & Data to join our dynamic team.

- As a Senior Engineering Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and implementation of AI and data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and support.

- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models using Python and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into the overall project architecture.

- Conduct in-depth data analysis and exploration to derive valuable insights and inform model development.

- Monitor and maintain AI/ML models in production, ensuring optimal performance and making necessary adjustments.

- Leverage expertise in generative AI models and LLM architecture (an advantage).

- Design and develop knowledge bases, feature stores, and intuitive UI/UX interfaces.

Required Qualifications :

- 4+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on AI and data-driven solutions.

- Proficiency in programming languages like Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.

- Experience in designing and implementing AI/ML models.

- Strong understanding of data analysis and exploration techniques.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Technical leadership skills and experience mentoring team members.

- Knowledge of generative AI models and LLM architecture (preferred).
