Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive applications using Unreal Engine.

- Lead project development from concept through to delivery, ensuring high standards and timely completion.

- Integrate assets from CAD, Maya, Max, and Revit into Unreal Engine projects.

- Collaborate closely with artists, designers, and other developers to create visually stunning, immersive content.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure optimal performance and stability of Unreal Engine applications.

- Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical expertise and fostering continuous improvement.

- Document development workflows, best practices, and technical specifications.

- Stay updated with the latest trends in Unreal Engine and related technologies.

Primary Skills Required :

- Extensive experience with Unreal Engine development.

- Proven ability to develop and optimize interactive applications and experiences.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Secondary Skills Desired :

- Proficiency in CAD software.

- Experience with 3D modeling and animation using Maya and Max.

- Familiarity with Revit for architectural modeling and design.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or a related field.

- 6+ years of professional experience in Unreal Engine development.

- Strong portfolio showcasing previous Unreal Engine projects.

- Excellent communication, collaboration skills, and the ability to lead and mentor a team.

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
