Marketing Manager

Must be self driven.
Use of Internet, digital marketing and smart phone is essential part of the job, hence must be very good on these tools. Candidate should have own vehicle.

Domain: 8 to 10th Regular, Maths, Science, IIT Foundation
11th & 12th Regular PCMB, JEE Main, BITSAT, NEET, KVPY.

Note: Fixed salary plus incentive. 1st Quarter is the ramp up period, where the targets will be given by the company. For the 3 subsequent quarters, we will discuss and agree on the targets at the end of Q1.

The job responsibility
Individual Sales:
1. Generate Leads
2. Generate Revenue
3. Meeting / selling parent and student to promote services
4. Run promotional campaigns including Digital Marketing
5. Decide on pricing, discount schemes
6. Organize promotional seminars
7. Creating promotional material
8. Visiting schools / print / other media to promote different schemes
9. Maintain Website
10. Managing students / parents / prospects database
11. Innovation
12. Display ownership
13. Payment follow ups
14. Manage Marketing budget

Bulk Sales:
1. Generate Revenue
2. Visiting schools / Colleges for tie up
3. Run promotional campaigns including Digital Marketing
4. Decide on pricing, discount schemes
5. Creating promotional material e.g. brochures, presentations
6. Manage Marketing budget
7. Innovation
8. Cost saving
9. Payment follow ups

Locations: The above activities are to be performed for the Kothrud and any additional center that will be opened in future.

Working Hours: 12 noon to 8:30 pm, Monday to Saturday.
