Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced - Scrum Master- to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for removing impediments, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and ensuring the team follows Scrum best practices. The Scrum Master will work closely with the Product Owner and development team to enhance productivity and drive Agile adoption.

Key Responsibilities :

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

- Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team's progress.

- Assist the Product Owner in refining the backlog and prioritizing tasks.

- Guide the team in Agile best practices to improve self-organization and efficiency.

- Track sprint progress and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.

- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

- Work with stakeholders to improve cross-team coordination and communication.

Required Skills :

- Scrum & Agile Methodologies : Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework.

- D365 & CRM Expertise : Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and CRM solutions.

- Facilitation & Coaching : Ability to mentor and coach teams on Agile practices.

- Impediment Management: Strong problem-solving skills to remove obstacles and ensure team effectiveness.

- Collaboration & Communication : Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.

- Experience with Azure DevOps or similar Agile project management tools.

- Strong analytical skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities.
