Scrum Master - Agile Methodologies (5-6 yrs)

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with expertise in Salesforce to lead and facilitate Agile development teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum frameworks, and experience managing Salesforce implementation or development projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Act as a Scrum Master for Salesforce development teams, ensuring Agile best practices are followed.

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Reviews).

- Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and Stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

- Remove impediments and roadblocks to enable the team to deliver high-quality work efficiently.

- Track sprint progress, monitor team performance, and ensure timely delivery of Salesforce solutions.

- Coach teams on Agile principles and help foster a culture of continuous improvement.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align business objectives with technical solutions.

- Ensure documentation, backlog refinement, and sprint planning are effectively managed.

- Monitor key performance metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.) and provide reports to stakeholders.

Required Skills :

- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in Salesforce projects.

- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).

- Experience working in Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.

- Hands-on experience with Agile tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, or Rally.

- Ability to manage multiple teams and ensure alignment between development and business goals.

- Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.

- Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps practices, and Salesforce development lifecycle is a plus.

Preferred Skills :

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I, SAFe).

- Experience with Salesforce development or administration is a plus.

- Strong understanding of API integrations and Salesforce ecosystem.

- Familiarity with Agile scaling frameworks such as SAFe or LeSS.

Educational Qualification :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
