Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ReactJS Developer to join our dynamic development team. As a senior developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing high-performance web applications. You will work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to deliver robust and scalable solutions that enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design & Develop modern, responsive, and high-performance web applications using ReactJS and related technologies.

- Architect scalable and maintainable frontend solutions while adhering to best practices for code quality and maintainability.

- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and optimize data handling for seamless application performance.

- Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and scalability to ensure fast, responsive user experiences.

- Work closely with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes, mockups, and design systems into high-quality, maintainable code.

- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in frontend development and contribute to continuous improvement within the development team.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring high-quality software with minimal downtime.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process, including code reviews, testing, and sharing knowledge with the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development with ReactJS.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

- Hands-on experience with state management libraries like Redux, Zustand, or Recoil.

- Expertise in building reusable components and managing the component lifecycle in ReactJS.

- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL for efficient data handling and integration.

- Experience with frontend performance optimization techniques and responsive design principles.

- Familiarity with modern build tools and package managers such as Webpack, Babel, and NPM/Yarn.

- Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.

- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and Agile methodologies.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with Next.js, Tailwind CSS, or Material-UI.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS.

- Familiarity with micro-frontend architecture.

- Previous experience working with backend technologies like Node.js.

- Exposure to DevOps practices and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Education and Experience :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in ReactJS frontend development, with a proven track record of successful application development.
