We are looking for .NET Fullstack Developers with strong expertise in .NET Core, ReactJS, and Azure to join our team for a Contract to Hire position at KANINI. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of full-stack development, with experience in building applications using modern technologies and frameworks. This role requires a hybrid work setup and involves 2 virtual technical interviews and 1 face-to-face interview.

Key Responsibilities :

- Full stack Development : Design, develop, and maintain scalable, robust applications using .NET Core and ReactJS on the front-end.

- Azure Development : Leverage Azure services for cloud-based application deployment and management, ensuring optimized performance and security.

- Collaboration : Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement full-stack applications.

- End-to-End Development : Handle backend logic in .NET Core and implement frontend UI with ReactJS.

- Cloud Integration : Use Azure for managing cloud resources, hosting applications, and integrating with other services.

- Code Optimization : Write clean, optimized, and maintainable code following best practices.

- Testing & Debugging : Perform unit testing and ensure the application is bug-free and performant.

Skills Required :

Must-Have :

- .NET Core (for backend development)

- ReactJS (for frontend development)

- Azure (cloud services, deployment, monitoring)

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, and HTML5.

- Experience in SQL and NoSQL databases.

- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

- Version control using Git.

Good to Have :

- Experience with DevOps processes, pipelines, and CI/CD.

- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

- Knowledge of unit testing frameworks and experience in test-driven development (TDD).

Soft Skills :

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide solutions.

- Self-driven and proactive approach with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.
