SAP Consultant - P2P/MM Modules (7-10 yrs)

Job Description :

The Consultant PTP will work closely with Procure-to-Pay business partners within a global SAP program, aligning SAP Materials Management (MM) solutions with business requirements. The role involves supporting business processes such as Purchasing, Contracts/Outline Agreements, Purchase Pricing, Inventory Management, Stock Transfers, and Inbound Logistics. This role requires significant expertise in SAP MM, with opportunities to work with the latest SAP S/4HANA Fashion technologies and gain deep experience in a mature SAP ecosystem.

Responsibilities :

1. Solution Design and Delivery (80%) :

- Design, configure, build, and test SAP MM solutions.

- Develop and deploy business processes for procurement, inventory management, and inbound logistics.

2. Business Relationship Management (10%) : Collaborate with executive and director-level business leaders to align solutions with business needs and priorities.

3. Incident and Request Escalation (10%) : Manage and resolve escalated incidents and service requests promptly.

Key Qualifications :

Experience :

- 7-10 years of hands-on experience designing and implementing SAP Materials Management (MM) solutions.

- 5+ years of experience implementing SAP MM in a fashion industry environment (SAP AFS, FMS, or S/4 Fashion).

- At least 1-2 full lifecycle ERP transformation program experience.

Business Process Expertise :

- Deep knowledge of Purchasing, Contracts/Outline Agreements, Purchase Pricing, Inventory Management, Stock Transfers, and Inbound Logistics.

- Understanding of SAP procurement and logistics integration with external warehouse management systems.

SAP Skills :

- Proficient in S/4HANA, FIORI Tiles, Launchpad, Transactional Apps, and Personas.

- Strong understanding of technical components supporting business processes.

Soft Skills :

- Strong team player with excellent collaboration and communication skills.

- Proven ability to work in a globally diverse environment.

- Capable of capturing detailed requirements and delivering innovative solutions.

Educational Background :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications

- Familiarity with external warehouse management systems and logistics solutions.

- Strong upward and downward management skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.

- Advanced knowledge of general computing and office software tools.
