ServiceNow Engineer - UI Building (6-13 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

1. Design, develop, and maintain user-friendly dashboards and interfaces in ServiceNow to improve user experience.

2. Customize and enhance existing applications and workflows based on user needs and feedback.

3. Ensure the UI adheres to the best practices in usability and accessibility.

Analytics and Reporting :

1. Utilize Performance Analytics tools to create and manage reports that track KPIs and operational efficiency.

2. Design and implement custom reports and dashboards to provide insights into service performance and trends.

3. Analyze data from the ServiceNow platform to identify opportunities for service improvement and optimization.

Performance Management :

1. Monitor and review service performance metrics, providing actionable insights for service level management.

2. Collaborate with stakeholders to establish performance benchmarks and strive for continuous process improvement.

3. Participate in the development of Performance Improvement Plans based on analytical data.

Collaboration :

1. Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.

2. Provide training and support to users on ServiceNow analytics tools and reporting features.

3. Stay current with ServiceNow updates and best practices to leverage new features effectively.

Qualifications :

1. 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform, focusing on UI development and reporting.

2. Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, ITBM).

3. ITSM and ITOM are mandtory

4. Proficiency in Performance Analytics and reporting tools within ServiceNow.

5. Excellent analytical skills with experience interpreting complex data sets.

6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
