Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced .NET Full Stack Developer with strong technical expertise in .NET technologies, AngularJS, and modern web development frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing and delivering high-quality software solutions, with experience in leading and mentoring teams in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Development :

- Design, develop, and implement robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using .NET MVC, .NET Core, and AngularJS.

- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in C#, HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, and other front-end/back-end technologies.

- Build and maintain APIs using Web API and integrate with front-end components.

Database Management :

- Design and optimize database solutions with SQL Server.

- Develop and manage queries, stored procedures, and database schema design.

Leadership and Collaboration :

- Provide technical leadership to the team, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring best practices are followed.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with business goals.

- Manage and work in Onsite/Offshore model ensuring smooth communication and project progress.

Debugging and Problem Solving :

- Possess strong debugging skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues involving multiple system components.

- Perform root cause analysis and propose solutions for recurring technical challenges.

Agile Practices :

- Contribute to Agile development cycles, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality code in an Agile environment.

Required Skills :

Technical Expertise :

- Proficiency in .NET MVC, .NET Core, C#, SQL Server, AngularJS, Web API.

- Strong knowledge of ReactJS, HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript.

- Hands-on experience with Web Forms is desirable.

Design Skills :

- Strong Object-Oriented Design and Analysis (OOAD) skills.

- Ability to design software components and systems that are reusable and maintainable.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong team player with the ability to lead and motivate others.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Prior experience in a technical leadership position.

- Familiarity with Agile methodology and development practices.

- Experience in managing teams in an Onsite/Offshore model.
