Job Description :
An Adobe Campaign Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining solutions within the Adobe Campaign platform to meet clients' marketing objectives. This role involves collaborating with marketing teams to execute and optimize online campaigns, ensuring seamless integration with various data sources and maintaining the overall health of the campaign system.
Key Responsibilities :
- Campaign Development : Design and implement complex multi-wave, multi-channel triggered communications using Adobe Campaign, including coding for versioning, offers, and personalization.
- Integration : Create, deploy, and troubleshoot integrations between data sources and Adobe Campaign via files or web services.
- Customization : Develop custom code jobs and scripts in Adobe Campaign for interfacing with external systems, applying JavaScript libraries in workflows, SOAP calls, typology rules, and personalization blocks.
- Collaboration : Work closely with client stakeholders to understand campaign marketing requirements and translate them into Adobe Campaign technical solutions.
- Best Practices : Provide and be knowledgeable in "best practices" in campaign development to optimize efficiency and quality of deliverables; implement and support automation for "lights-out" triggered communications.
Required Skills and Experience :
- SQL Development : Proficiency in SQL development, including ETL processes, to manage and manipulate campaign data effectively.
- Scripting Languages : Experience in scripting languages, with a preference for JavaScript, to customize and extend Adobe Campaign functionalities.
- Enterprise Software Implementation : Experience in implementing enterprise software solutions, ensuring they align with business processes and integrate smoothly with existing systems.
- Adobe Campaign Expertise : Hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign, including configuring workflows, email templates, target segments, and other artifacts as per business requirements.
Qualifications :
- Strong technical background with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in marketing automation platforms such as Adobe Campaign, Eloqua, Marketo, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Thorough understanding of the entire marketing promotion process and capabilities, with hands-on campaign and data management experience for customer data in Adobe Campaign.
- Experience with web technologies, including XML, HTML, and web services, to facilitate integrations and customizations.
