Oracle Fusion O2C Functional Consultant - Implementation & Support (7-10 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion O2C Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in implementing and optimizing Order to Cash (O2C) processes using Oracle Fusion. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to streamline processes, ensure successful implementation, and provide functional support.

Key Responsibilities :

Oracle Fusion Implementation :

- Lead the implementation and configuration of Order to Cash (O2C) processes within Oracle Fusion.

- Customize and optimize O2C workflows to align with business needs.

Requirement Analysis :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

- Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

Solution Design and Testing :

- Design and document O2C solutions, ensuring scalability and efficiency.

- Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and resolve identified issues.

Integration and Optimization :

- Ensure seamless integration of Oracle Fusion O2C with other ERP modules and systems.

- Continuously optimize the O2C cycle for enhanced performance and user experience.

Training and Support :

- Provide training sessions and documentation for end-users on O2C functionalities.

- Offer post-implementation support and resolve functional issues effectively.

Required Skills :

- Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion O2C (Order to Cash) processes.

- Deep understanding of modules such as Order Management, Accounts Receivable, and Billing.

- Experience in configuration, testing, and troubleshooting within the O2C domain.

- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on process optimization.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Skills :

- Knowledge of integrations between Oracle Fusion and external systems.

- Certification in Oracle Fusion O2C is a plus.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
