MSBI Developer - ETL/SQL (5-9 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented MSBI Developer to design, develop, and deliver robust business intelligence solutions using the Microsoft BI stack. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data integration, modeling, and visualization to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- ETL Development : Build and maintain ETL processes using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.

- Data Modeling : Design and develop multidimensional and tabular data models in SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) for analytics and reporting.

- Reporting and Visualization : Create, deploy, and maintain interactive reports and dashboards using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Power BI.

- Collaboration : Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure successful delivery.

- Optimization : Monitor and optimize BI solutions for performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Documentation : Develop and maintain technical documentation for all BI processes, models, and reports.

Qualifications :

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in the Microsoft BI stack: SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, and SQL Server.

- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL best practices, and data governance.

- Hands-on experience with Power BI for creating advanced dashboards is highly preferred.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience :

- Proven experience in developing and managing BI solutions using MSBI tools.

- Solid SQL programming and query optimization skills.

- Knowledge of cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure) is a plus.
