About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled Model-Based Testing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in model-based testing and software quality assurance to validate and optimize complex systems. You will work on testing solutions using MATLAB/Simulink, Stateflow, and other tools while ensuring alignment with industry standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Model-Based Testing (MBT) : Execute hands-on testing using tools such as MATLAB/Simulink, Stateflow, WinAms, TaskingVX, and BTC Embedded Tester.

- Requirements Analysis : Analyze system requirements and create detailed functional specifications and test specifications.

- Testing Frameworks : Perform testing across different levels, including Model-in-the-Loop (MIL), Software-in-the-Loop (SIL), and Processor-in-the-Loop (PIL).

- Quality Assurance : Conduct manual testing, test automation, and software evaluation using unit test tools like WinAms.

- Back-to-Back Testing : Streamline and execute back-to-back testing to ensure model-based development accuracy and robustness.

- Static and Unit Testing : Perform static analysis, unit testing, and validation on actual devices for software developed through model-based development.

- AUTOSAR Integration : Collaborate on projects involving Classic AUTOSAR to ensure seamless integration and compliance.

- Reporting and Documentation : Create comprehensive test reports and maintain documentation for functional and test specifications.

Required Skills and Experience :

Technical Proficiency :

- Hands-on experience in Model-Based Testing (4+ years).

- Proficiency with tools such as MATLAB, Simulink, Stateflow, WinAms, TaskingVX, and BTC Embedded Tester.

Testing Methodologies :

- Thorough understanding of MIL, SIL, and PIL testing methodologies.

- Strong knowledge of static analysis and unit testing tools like CoverageMaster WinAms.

Quality Assurance :

- Experience in software QA, including manual and automated testing.

- Familiarity with back-to-back testing for model-based development.

AUTOSAR Expertise : Knowledge of Classic AUTOSAR standards and related tools.

Analytical and Documentation Skills : Ability to analyze requirements and create functional and test specifications effectively.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in testing automotive, aerospace, or embedded systems.

- Knowledge of ISO 26262 or similar safety standards.

- Familiarity with version control tools and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes.
