DevOps Architect - Terraform (10-15 yrs)

Role Description :

This is a full-time remote role for a DevOps Architect at CodeChavo.

The DevOps Architect will be responsible for tasks such as Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Continuous Delivery, Software Development, Continuous Integration, and Solution Architecture.

Qualifications :

- Engineering / Masters Degree in Computer Science.

- Extensive knowledge of AWS services and solutions, including EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS, and.

- CloudFormation/Terraform.

- Strong scripting and automation skills using tools like Python, Bash, or CloudFormation.

- Solid understanding of networking, security, and monitoring principles in cloud environments.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in AWS and Kubernetes deployments.

- AWS Cloud certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional or AWS Certified.

- DevOps Engineer Professional are a plus.

Work Experience and Responsibilities :

- 10 years of experience

- Hands-on specialist in running and managing large cloud ( Preferably AWS) operations.

- Design and deploy scalable and fault-tolerant Kubernetes clusters on the AWS platform, leveraging appropriate AWS services.

- Provide architectural guidance and support to development teams in adopting Kubernetes and container-based solutions on AWS.

- Ability to quickly convert Business/Engineering requirements into SaaS based solutions.

- Develop and Implement standards in cloud security , observability/dashboarding, repository. management and automated cloud releases.

- Build Vs Buy decisions , cloud cost optimization , operational compliance metrics and security. operations.

- Design and architect the JIFFY.ai cloud platform for operations maturity , scalability and resilience.

- Ensure platform stability and business continuity with tools and solutions which implement backups and Disaster Recovery for high availability.

- Implement monitoring solutions across the JIFFY. ai cloud platform with enterprise grade APM tools
