Oracle Cloud Technical Engineer - Implementation & Support (5-7 yrs)

Looking for a Oracle Cloud Technical Engineer on Chennai location to join a team of rockstar developers. The candidate should have a minimum of 6 years. of experience.

Responsibilities :

- Supporting business and technology functions implemented on Oracle Cloud Financials.

- Coordinate with other global Support teams based in India on the development, testing, and execution of technology components in Oracle Cloud.

- Resolving user issues related to Oracle SaaS Procurement, Account Receivables, Advance Collection, General Leader and Financial Cloud, and 3rd party components like OCR tools.

- Additional responsibilities will include collecting requirements for enhancements, and projects, and executing the requirements through technical development or configurations.

- Supporting Integrating to and from Oracle Cloud, data failure and configurations, and coordinating with the technical team for integration services.

- Work as part of the Application Support Team to resolve user issues and application issues.

- Analyze and provide solutions to user questions and drive resolution in Oracle Cloud.

- Correct master data and transaction data as required to keep the system healthy.

- Continuous improvement of the process including fixing integration, and workflows.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in business or technology.

- 5-7 years of relevant experience.

- Must have Oracle Cloud Financials or Oracle ERP Financials experience, functional or technical, or both.

- Report development : Familiarity with BIP, OTBI, and other reporting tools in Oracle.

- Understanding of Oracle Cloud technology. Good PL/SQL skills, understanding of API creation in Oracle SaaS, and data updates.

- Oracle Integration Cloud: Ability to resolve issues on OIC, create new integration on OIC and understand of data and mapping of data.

- Through understanding of data structure, and table structures in Oracle Cloud.

- Ability to do break fixes on data, reports, and processes.

- Understanding of developing external integration using OIC, and other Oracle Tools.

- Understanding of VBCS, Oracle Database on Cloud, and APEX development is a plus.

- Oracle PaaS component and Oracle infrastructure cloud (OIC) knowledge is nice to have.

- Development experience with ERP systems (Oracle Cloud and E-Business Suite).

- Experience in designing and developing complex integrations.

- Functional understanding of business processes within Oracle Cloud.
