Job Description : Lead MERN Stack Developer

Location : Bangalore / Calicut

Experience Required : 4-7 years

Responsibilities :

- Develop, test, and maintain robust applications using the MERN stack : MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

- Architect and build scalable and efficient web applications, focusing on performance and security.

- Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.

- Lead and mentor a team of developers to deliver high-quality applications within deadlines.

- Provide guidance on best practices in development, testing, and deployment to junior and mid-level developers.

- Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and drive improvements in the development process.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align development tasks and project timelines.

- Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring clear communication of project goals, timelines, and technical challenges.

- Take ownership of project timelines, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.

- Manage and prioritize tasks, breaking down complex problems into manageable work units.

Technical Skills :

- Frontend : Strong experience with React.js (hooks, context API, functional components) and building responsive, mobile-first UIs.

- Backend : Expertise in Node.js and Express.js to build scalable RESTful services.

- Database : Strong understanding of MongoDB (schema design, indexing, aggregation, and performance optimization).

- Version Control : Proficient in Git and managing repositories with branching strategies.

Experience :

- 4 to 7 years of experience in full-stack web development, with a strong focus on the MERN stack.

- Solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript ES6+) and modern JavaScript frameworks.

- Experience in building large-scale, high-performance applications.

Soft Skills :
