Coddle Technologies - MERN Stack Lead (4-9 yrs)

Job Overview :

We are looking for a Senior MERN Stack Developer with 4-9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in MongoDB, React.js, and Node.js, with a strong background in designing and developing scalable, high-performance web applications. You will play a key role in architecture decisions, performance optimization, and mentoring junior developers while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance applications using the MERN stack.

- Architect, design, and implement robust backend solutions using Node.js and Express.js.

- Build interactive and responsive user interfaces using React.js with state management libraries (Redux, Context API, Recoil, etc.).

- Optimize database performance and ensure efficient queries in MongoDB.

- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 4-9 years of hands-on experience in MERN stack development (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.

- Experience in designing and building microservices-based architectures.

- Expertise in state management solutions (Redux, Recoil, Zustand, etc.).

- Strong experience in building secure and scalable APIs (REST & GraphQL).
