Helpdesk Infrastructure Support Engineer - VPN/Troubleshooting (2-4 yrs)

Key responsibilities and accountabilities :-

1. Live first contact incident management

2. Performing infrastructure monitoring

3. Resolving administrative requests for application server systems and MS Office/Outlook client installations

3. Support for application development and support teams in resolving technical problems

4. Trouble-shooting VPN related problems and work with second level specialists on resolving connectivity issues in the Data and Voice infrastructure

5. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the 1st Level related operations

Candidate must have :-

1. Total work experience of 2-4 years with 1-3 years of hands-on experience in installing, administering, and troubleshooting Microsoft Outlook and Exchange

2. Understanding of messaging and intranet protocols, Skype for Business

3. Knowledge of mobile device manage tools and supporting iPads and iPhones would be helpful thorough knowledge of Windows 10 Operating system and troubleshooting issues

4. Good knowledge of Office 365, Outlook Mail and Calendaring issues

5.Active Directory, server operating systems (Windows 2008 & 2012)

6.DHCP and DNS

7.Exchange Online

8.Network security (antivirus, spyware tools)

9.Host security (for example, passwords, uids/gids, ACLs, file permissions, file system integrity)
