Coats Group - Finance Controller - Contract - CA (3-8 yrs)

Role Purpose:

Responsible for internal reporting and ensuring accounting books and records are timely and accurately maintained and managing R2R, O2C and P2P activities and for the audited statutory financials along with managing the unit adheres to all statutory filing requirements.

Principal Accountabilities and Key Activities:

- Responsible for the statutory audit for the legal entity - accounts preparation and obtaining audit clearance with auditors for statutory accounts

- Internal management reporting - submitting monthly financials accurately and timely.

- Engage with secretarial consultant on an ongoing basis for all relevant matters for the company and co-ordinating for ultimate legal entity liquidation.

- Managing day-to-day financial activities - including Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable activities, GST related filings and payments and TDS returns.

- Balance sheet reconciliations

- Treasury management - managing fixed term deposits, maintenance of appropriate and timely mandates, and bank account rationalisation

- Leading automation wherever required and any ERP-related enhancement.

Education, Qualifications and Experience:

- Chartered Accountant

- Minimum 5 years professional experience

- Analytical, logical thinking skills

- Well versed in Excel

- Tally working knowledge

- English proficiency

- Emotional intelligence

- Working under pressure
