Connect & Heal - Team Lead - Client Engagement/Project Management (5-7 yrs)

- As a POC Team Lead, the role is to lead the demonstration of various company products to clients, manage the end-to-end process of Proof of Concepts (POC), and ensure timely delivery of accurate results.

- This involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, Data Science, and Data Operations, and coordinating their support throughout the POC process.

- The person should ensure requirements gathering, product environment setup, and document processing, quality control, and data analysis to deliver structured results to clients.

Responsibilities:

- Client Engagement & Demo: Present product capabilities through demos, gather client requirements (e. , number of samples, timelines, and outcome expectations).

- Product Expertise: Lead POCs for various products, including Claims Digitization, Data, Tariff Digitization, Tbots, Financial Underwriting,

- Data Collection: Coordinate the secure receipt of client data via drive/mail/SFTP.

- Environment Setup: Create demo/POC environments, set up credentials, and upload documents for processing.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, Data Science, and Data Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of the POC, relying on their support for product setup, technical issues, and data processing.

- Project Management: Track multiple ongoing POC projects, assign QC resources, and balance workloads across projects.

- QC Team Coordination: Train QC teams on processing steps and monitor their work during the POC.

- QC Contribution: Perform QC tasks directly when necessary, especially for areas beyond standard QC capabilities.

- Data Verification: Review processed documents to ensure no QC errors and verify cases before sharing with clients.

- Data Analysis & Presentation: Download and organize processed data into client-friendly formats (e. , Excel) and explain the findings to clients.

- Error Analysis: Investigate and address client concerns regarding QC errors, determining whether they stem from actual mistakes or understanding gaps.

- UAT Testing: Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for projects approaching production, process cases, identify any product-side issues, and communicate findings to the Product or corresponding teams for resolution.

Qualifications:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Proven experience as a Team Lead or in a similar leadership role

- A solid understanding of project management

- Master's degree in Business, Management, or a related field

- 4+ years of experience in a relevant industry
