Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an ERP Implementations Specialist

This role involves implementing and integrating ERP solutions for our clients

The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in ERP implementations, with a strong understanding of finance, manufacturing, sales, purchase, and inventory processes

This is a full-time position located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

Qualifications And Skills

1-3 years of experience in ERP implementations

Strong knowledge of finance, manufacturing, sales, purchase, and inventory processes

Proficiency in implementing and configuring ERP software

Good understanding of data migration and integration methods

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Certification in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus

Roles And Responsibilities

Implement and configure ERP software solutions based on client requirements

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements

Design and develop customized features and functionalities to meet client needs

Ensure successful integration of ERP software with existing systems

Provide end-user training and support on ERP functionality and usage

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ERP software

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in ERP implementations

Assist in user acceptance testing and system documentation
