Create Work on for resources with supporting documents for necessary approval.
Ensure timely necessary approval and release of PO to vendor.
Requirement gathering from Value streams for products/services.
Check the present orderings and plan considering approved budget.
Explore the source and get suitable competitive quotations.
Create Isource request / Shopping cart / Purchase requisition and workflow.
Follow up for PO & align with vendor on logistics and delivery to respective location.
Follow up for respective team for POD and invoice upload to eportal by vendor.
Follow up with respective team for GRN on material receipt, and payment to vendor.
Inventory management & tracking.
Ensure proper documentation and tracking of RFP to Payment.
