Desired-Experience in aluminum recycling industry.

JobDescription:

LogisticsManagement.

Overseethe end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, andinventory management.

Developand implement logistics strategies to optimize transportation routes, reducecosts, and ensure timely deliveries.

Collaboratewith suppliers, carriers, and 9other partners to ensure smooth logisticsoperations.

Monitorand track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues that mayarise.

DispatchCoordination:

Planand schedule dispatch activities, ensuring the efficient allocation ofresources.

Coordinatewith production teams to prioritize dispatches based on demand and productionschedules.

Maintainaccurate records of dispatch orders, invoices, and delivery documentation.

Ensurecompliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards in dispatchoperations.

TeamManagement:

Leadand manage a team of dispatch and logistics professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.

Fostera culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement withinthe team.

Managestaffing needs, including recruitment and training of new team members asneeded.

InventoryControl:

Implementinventory control measures to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.

Conductregular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.

CostManagement:

Identifyopportunities to reduce transportation and logistics costs while maintainingservice quality.
