Senior Ticketing Executive (Male)

We are searching for a driven and detail- oriented Senior Ticketing Executive to join our team. As a Senior Ticketing Executive you will deal directly with clients, related to queries. You should adopt a customer- centric approach and be a willing to answer all questions and queries in a professional manner.

Role & responsibilities

1) Managing Ticketing Systems and ensuring smooth operations for travel.
2) Complete International Ticket Booking knowledge with experience is mandatory.
3) Providing excellent customer service in ticket booking and enquiries.
4) Issuing Tickets and managing reservations for customers
5) providing detailed information about prices, availability, and venue.
6) Handling Customer queries and resolving ticketing issues.
7) Maintaining accurate records of transactions and customer interactions.
8) Collaborating with team members to enhance the overall ticketing process.
9) Mandatory experience of Amadeus Booking.

Preferred candidate profile

1) Bachelor Degree/ Diploma in Travel & Tourism or equivalent.
2) Strong Customer Service Skill.
3) Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skill.
4) Proficiency in computer applications and ticketing software.
5) Excellent problem- Solving abilities and attention to details.
