Cluster Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Cluster Manager to oversee the sales operations within a designated geographical area. The Cluster Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing business strategies to improve market share, and driving revenue growth across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Management:
   
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets and ensure they are met by the team.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies, techniques, and tactics based on customer feedback and market environment.
2. Team Leadership and Development:
   
• Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the team members, including setting sales goals, mentoring, and performance monitoring.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations to ensure accountability and alignment with company objectives.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
   
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and ensure the team delivers solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
• Resolve escalated customer issues in a timely manner and communicate feedback to relevant departments.
4. Market Analysis and Strategy:

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
