Key Job Responsibilities
Responsible for revenue generation of his geography through Retail HL & Mortgage business

• Manage distribution network
• Manage relationships with business associates, builders and other alternative sourcing channels in his geography
• Assess the builder credibility and make Approved Project Finance
• Assist Resident Manager in early delinquency cases

General Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall management & functioning of the geography as per the process laid down by the organization
• Candidate will be Handling Gadwal, Mahabubnagar, Nagarkurnool, Wanaparthy, Naryanpet
• Carry out minimum two visits /month to each branch under his geography
• Should have good knowledge of local business practices
• Should be adept in the mortgage terminologies and processes
• Should have good knowledge of local language

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 10 yrs of experience in Housing Finance industry from renowned NBFC/Banks/HFCs.
• Last four years of experience should be from same location
• Experience in Collections will be an added advantage
• Candidate shaould handle 10 to 20 Team Members.

Immediate joiners are Preffered
